Encon Construction are delighted to have handed over of six bungalows in Glyncorrwg, which were developed in partnership with our Client, Pobl Group. The new homes have replaced unsightly blocks of flats which were previously on the site and have been finished to an excellent standard.
The bungalows are aimed at people with mobility restraints, and the new residents have all commented on how pleased they are with their new homes, especially the quality of the build. This development was funded with Social Housing Grant from the Welsh Government and allocated through Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.
