We’re proud to share another outstanding achievement for our team at the Former Cowbridge Grammar School affordable housing development. Our latest Considerate Constructors Scheme assessment awarded us a 99% outstanding score, including 100% for Community, 97% for Environment and 100% for Workforce.
The report recognised the team’s commitment to community engagement, environmental responsibility, workforce wellbeing and maintaining the highest standards throughout the project. Special mention was given for our proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, carbon reduction initiatives, biodiversity improvements and the positive culture established on site.
