• Richard is the Construction Director at Encon and is responsible for the overseeing  the building construction projects. Richard has over 25 years experience gained across a range of building sectors, with a number of national contractors.  Richard is committed to making a difference and giving back to the industry, and is a member of the Working Well Together Group, CITB Construction Ambassador, FIR Ambassador, Mental Health First Aider, MCIOB Mentor and Vice Chairman of the Glamorgan Construction Training Group.

Antonia has over 20 years experience in the construction industry having worked for UK wide organisations in both the private and public sector. Antonia’s specialist skills, include; building and maintaining relationships with clients, organisations and stakeholders,  managing teams, facilitating workshops, presentations, training, writing publications, marketing and public relations.  Also, as a member of the CIH and an Associate Tutor in Housing at Cardiff Metropolitan University, CITB Ambassador, FIR Ambassador and Mental Health First Aider, Antonia plays a key role in representing the industry and educating the new generation of construction individuals.

Geraint as the Civil Engineering Director is responsible for overseeing all Civil Engineering Frameworks & Projects within the company. Geraint has over 30 years’ experience in civil and structural engineering, gaining experience through large national construction Companies. Geraint is experienced with all forms of civil engineering and steel frame structures in construction and his experience allows him to offer alternative design & construction advice, offering value engineering having worked on many high profile civil and structural engineering projects.
