Well done to our very own Ironman and Trainee Engineer, Daniel Cope who came second in his age group (18-24 years) at the Tenby Ironman – known to be one of the most toughest races on the Ironman Circuit.
Dan completed the gruelling race of a 2.4 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike and then 26.2 Run in the below times: Swim time – 1:04 – bike time – 5:42 – run time – 3:50 with a total time of 10:48:33. Well done Dan, we are in awe of your achievement!
