The monitor recognised the team’s consistent high standards, strong community engagement, and dedication to creating a lasting legacy. Particular praise was given for our extensive social value initiatives, support for local businesses, stakeholder engagement, wellbeing provisions and proactive measures to minimise disruption in this prominent city-centre location.
The report also highlighted our commitment to carbon reduction, biodiversity enhancement, workforce development and supply chain engagement, demonstrating how we continue to go beyond compliance to deliver meaningful benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
