Wow, It has been a busy few days working in collaboration with West Park Primary School and Newton Primary School in Porthcawl where Fresh Creative Co delivered our Primary School Mural Art projects as part of our Porthcawl Metro-Link project Bridgend County Borough Council. As you can see from the images – the murals have certainly brightened up the school grounds and will bring a smile to peoples faces for years to come.
We worked with the schools to deliver a creativity session where Year 5 & 6 eco club pupils created their own characters, theme, school values and logos to incorporate into the murals that represents the heritage of Porthcawl. This opportunity gave the pupils at both schools a chance to get involved first hand and learn new skills such as Graffiti spray painting and to help bring their murals to life.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with both schools on many projects, as their level of engagement has truly been inspiring and we are proud to leave a lasting legacy within the local community.
