Towards the end of May, the Encon team had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Tobermore’s facilities in Northern Ireland, a leading name in paving and walling solutions. After our visit we put together a few clips to highlight Izzy’s experience as a Trainee Estimator at Encon. We’re sharing this to inspire more young people, especially young women, to consider careers in construction. There’s so much opportunity out there!
