It was a pleasure to attend the recent Building Belonging Networking & CPD Morning hosted by 4 Construction Group at Coleg y Cymoedd. The event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry professionals, share experiences, and discuss the importance of creating more inclusive and supportive workplaces across the construction sector.
A particular highlight was the insightful session delivered by Bianca Jones CIPD, Founder & CEO of EDP Training Ltd., who spoke passionately about equality, inclusion, and belonging. The discussion encouraged meaningful reflection on the role we all play in fostering diverse and welcoming environments within our organisations and across the wider industry.
