We’re delighted to share that Tŷ’r Groes Community Living has been shortlisted for Building of the Year at the Constructing Excellence in Wales Awards 2026 🎉
This nomination recognises the initial design provided by Cardiff Council and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. The project was further developed to completion by Pentan Architects GRAYS (Consulting Engineers) Ltd and Services Design Solution (SDS) alongside our dedicated project team, consultants and supply chain partners.
A huge thank you to everyone involved for their collaboration and commitment to delivering a well-managed project. We’re incredibly proud to see this project recognised at a national level and to celebrate the commitment, collaboration and passion of everyone involved. We can’t wait to come together with industry peers at the awards ceremony on 12th June 2026 at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport to celebrate excellence across the sector.
