Great way to start 2023 with completion drone footage of our Lakeside Retail Park Project, Brynmawr – open and a hive of activity with new customers!
The retail park comprises of a new Lidl, Greggs, Home Bargains and McDonalds; and has provided much needed employment for the area surrounding the project. The scheme was developed in partnership with our client Legal & General and the project team JLL, AWW, Craddys, Gleeds, JDL Consultants, Calibro Consultants Ltd, Amber Management and Engineering Services Limited, New Leaf Sustainable Construction Services Ltd and Bureau Veritas Group.
This project achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’ accreditation and continues our successful work in the retail construction sector, and follows on from our completed Brynmawr Costa Coffee Drive Thru, which is located opposite Lakeside Retail Park.
