We are thrilled to announce we have been awarded the contract for a new flagship scheme Leckwith Road Community Living Project.
The project will be constructed in partnership with our client Cardiff Council and the project team Blake Morgan, Pentan Architects, Grays Consulting Engineers and Service Design Solutions. The scheme will consist of 41 older person flats, communal facilities, a new community centre and a relocated MUGA, together with associated car parking, communal garden and access road. All the properties will be built to Welsh Government DQR standards for use as Council rented accommodation and will be designed to EPC A standards.
This project is a really exciting opportunity for Encon Construction and we look forward to commencing on site and delivering a first class facility, that will not only benefit the residents and the local community, but also focus on achieving a wide range of local social, economic and environmental Social Value outcomes for the city and county of Cardiff.
