After more than 11 incredible years with Encon, we are heavy-hearted to announce the retirement of our Civil Engineering Director, Geraint Evans.
Since joining us in 2014, he’s steered major frameworks, delivered landmark projects, and shared his wisdom generously – whether in a boardroom or over a much-needed cuppa.
With over 40 years in civil and structural engineering, his calm leadership, deep technical know-how, and wicked sense of humour have inspired teams, reassured clients, and occasionally saved us all with a well-timed one-liner.
Most importantly, he’s built friendships and memories that will stay with us long after his final day on 25th September 2025.
