As part of Encon’s Future Generations Education Programme, we were proud to take part in the CGI STEM & Sustainability Careers Expo 2025 at the iconic Principality Stadium yesterday.
The event encouraged young people to explore opportunities in technology and sustainability sectors where demand for skilled professionals is rapidly growing.
Adeel Hasan MSc, BA Hons led the delivery of our new ‘Green Careers in Construction’ activity, in partnership with our client Cardiff Community Housing Association.
Through interactive job role cards, local study routes and potential salary insights, students discovered sustainable opportunities within construction and those specific roles linked to our Former St John’s College project.
