Proud to share that our Former St Johns College project has achieved an outstanding 99% Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Monitor Visit score! The monitor commended the project for its excellent standards of compliance, strong community engagement, environmental leadership, and the dedication of the site team in maintaining high standards across all aspects of the project.
We are currently delivering 58 EPC A-rated homes for our client Cardiff Community Housing Association, creating sustainable, energy-efficient homes while making a positive impact in the local community.
