The contract was for the internal and external adaption and refurbishment to Ger-Y-Nant Retirement Housing Complex for Valleys to Coast.
This included an extension, associated external works, drainage and mains services connections. The home remained occupied for the duration of the project which was completed in 5 phases, each phase handed over before the following phase was commenced to mitigate disruption to the residents.
The project was awarded with an LABC Gold Award as recognition of the excellence and quality of work executed by Encon.
