Harrison Drive, St Mellons, Cardiff is a development of 21 affordable and sustainable homes completed in 2020. Constructed to Welsh Government Development Quality Requirements, the scheme is being constructed in partnership with United Welsh, Smarts Associates, Davies Llewellyn & Jones, LRM Planning and RPA Ltd.

The site is set within a well established existing residential area and opposite a community hub, we worked closely with the local community to minimise disruption to the surrounding community. Construction consists of a mix of traditional build and steel frame.

Community Benefits included Community Hub Donation, Nursery recycled materials donation, work placements, United Welsh and subcontractor apprentice placements, extensive Future Generations programme delivered to schools and colleges, Careers Fairs and Charity fundraising events.
