We were delighted to have Year 6 students from Llwyncrwn Primary School visit our Newydd Housing Association development in Beddau. It was a pleasure showing them around and answering their fantastic questions. The students even left a message for the future tenants! Well done to Adeel Hasan, Social Value Co-ordinor and Ceri Davies, Site Manager for being fantastic tour guides.
As we near completion, it was great to welcome the school back as we worked closely with their pupils during the construction of the development to produce a site safety film with Newydd Housing Association, warning children of the dangers of construction sites – which we are now using to deliver the safety message to schools surrounding our new developments.
